@Enigma Did your flight originate from London? as I thought there was a presidential order restricting London travellers (except GC and Citizens) from entry into the US.

POE Experience:

I just arrived the US via Lax airport, and as a first time mom I would like to share my POE experience. (P.S I read so much information on this forum that I got scared for months before my departure �).

Me: Hello
CBP: Hi, passport please
Me: gave him my passport and declaration form( he return the form to me)
CBP: Face the camera
CBP: How long are you here?
Me: 5 weeks , including the 10 days of quarantine
CBP: What are your plans?
Me: first I will visit Bleep , and then plan my visit to yyy and zzz
CBP: Are you here alone?
Me: Yes
CBP: you don’t have anyone here?
Me: I do have someone I will be staying with in Bleep first
CBP: Do you have a return ticket?
Me: Yes
CBP: For what date?
Me: May Bleep ( note he repeated The wrong date, so I removed my mask and corrected him)
CBP: Is this your first time in the USA?
Me: Yes, but was supposed to be here last year for a conference but couldn’t because of COVID-19

CBP: How much do you have on you?
Me: Bleep
CBP: Is that all you’ve got?
Me: yes
CBP: Welcome and enjoy your stay ( stamped me on till October)

Whoop, the questions seem much, but didn’t spend up to 5 min. However I was scared with the many questions, I could feel my voice cracked at one point

Background context:

I got my b1/b2 visa in London for a conference in New York, I couldn’t later attend because of lockdown. Now I’m currently 25 weeks pregnant and wanted to use the opportunity to visit and child birth. Also, I didn’t know I have a family friend in the USA during my visa application, recently got introduced to the person and I’m staying with them for the duration of my stay.

I’m really grateful for the successful entry, and thanks to everyone that share their experiences.

There is no full-proof process to it... just put your trust in God and hold enough cash

Make sure the Restrict background Data under (setting-data usage- your network-google play, media,Google play services) is disabled. you should be able to download after you remove the restrictions.

Well it's different strokes for different folks.Having been a call centre agent in on of these telco companies in contention ;I must admit that there is more to that which meets the eyes.NCC should principally be blamed ,thereafter the management of these telcos.customer service in most telco is 100% outsourced.most of these BIS issues have limited 1st contact solution hence someone at the back office needs to resolve them.the man you are speaking with can only log it on the system then give you a timeline for resolution as agreed by the telco.due to cutting cost they have limited back office staffs hence issues keep piling up unresolved.unfortunately the call centre agent who at 80% of customer's call back empathises but is handicapped.there is nothing he can do.due to outsourcing all previledges he had to do a follow up is withdrawn.Honestly he does not have the blame,he only bears the brunt.

@OP, you have already answered the question as you said no one should give you an advise on leaving your bf,implies you love him.If truly yes you love him, then stick to him.from what you explained it seems your friend is just fantasizing and wants just sex from you.that may not pay you off.A wordis enough for the wise.
