The minimum requirement is usually a university qualifying certificate, which WAEC out to be.
People here has more experience in it, I have no firsthand info on undergraduate studies without at least a national diploma (H/ND) or ongoing University transcript.

My bad not really a lot nor difficulty, I’m not just seeing the clear steps cus earlier I got admission to do my Bachelors at a private university and the application process was too easy compared to what I’m seeing right now.
