I also got a regret mail from the assessment team in the 2nd stage interview.
For those asking about what to expect on the second stage, just get yourself prepared for any question. I wasn't even allowed to talk for long.
Just be careful of one fair lady, she's not friendly at all and she doesn't waste time in ending your interview section. she can throw you off balance at any question you would be asked.
