some people were sent mail early this month(I know someone personally on this forum that submitted their cv a long time ago and was just called as EH) and some were called mid last month. And some will still be called I don’t know how they are doing it but it’s still in stages. I think Patience is what’s needed at this time and just keep checkin your mail as long as you know your connect is legit. So you are right on this.

Okay, as it is right now there is nothing like second batch, many batches were given letters after the induction. Recruitment is done (not over). EH APPLICANTS that are waiting to be contacted should move on too because the spaces were filled by slots candidates (both entry & EH).
But u can get in through the biggest Connect…. You know who! It’s never too late.

I don’t think so. someone influential within the organization told me there will be a final batch very soon. I have a feeling it’s going to be a very very tight list.

Almost all the A and B list organizations don’t honor invitation letters again. Either he should help you with a job from the committee he is heading or you should ask the SA which organization the senator has more influence. Then you can make your choice.

I sent a message to a senator, he referred me to one of his SA and gave me his number , I called him (SA) told him about the ongoing FIRS recruitment and asked him for help, he said firs don't honour their letters sent previously, that I should get other agencies recruiting and he'll be able to write them. Please which agencies are recruiting now and can his letter influence getting a job for someone?

I don’t know much about NPA’s allowances but I think entry level should be about 300k- 320k. My sisters close friend got it, moved to Lagos and quit a year later. He’s back in abuja now doing business because according to him he made more money in abuja through his business and him being in Lagos was an inconvenience.

Depending on how you look at it, firs salary is now good too. Their salary was increased by 60% recently. Their allowances are not too great but at the same time it’s not too bad at all. And depending on your department, some get to do side runs (tax clearance) and a lot more so you can make extra money from that. Some (not all) get to travel out for conferences too. Maybe this chairman will make their allowances much more better and then they are good to go.
If you are looking for prestige, then go for efcc. Their salary isn’t bad. Atleast starting is above 400k. But From what I have heard from their staff, their allowances are very very poor and there is also a problem with promotion. I know one deputy director that left to be a Judge because of this promotion issue. If you are lucky enough to get a good state/department, then you could be making alot more. Those posted to southern states make more money than those posted in the north.
My conclusion is, it’s not just about the money, you can make money from any office. There are some things you should also look out for like staff welfare, promotion etc so you choose which one suits you.

But the kind of information he gave out about so many agencies, you would thing he was a wizard. Legit info and any further questions he was willing to answer and assist. His last post on nairaland before he deactivated, he wished everyone well and said he could no longer continue with the info he was giving because the guy helping him had gotten another job and he would be leaving that office so he could no longer help with information and he deactivated his monika. He never came back after all these years.

Exactly. Some are saying CBT is to hold on Monday and Exalted made reference to interview which was supposed to take place yesterday. So was it interview or cbt yesterday?

When the last exam was conducted. People were much because some people wrote the exam and they didn’t receive any text. I don’t really know if they will still be considered but if you get strong leg and you are also very prayerful, I personally would advise you to go and try.

ZARAMITE:
REA exams is taking place at plot 762 Amino Kano Crescent Abuja, Ruby Center, 5th entrance 2nd floor Workhub Innovation, after Banex. Exams is in 3batches. 2nd batch is ongoing and 3rd batch is by 11am. Ist batch was 30 persons in attendance. Go to the address and confirm if you are in the FCT, this should clearly get to every REA hopefuls that EXAMS is still ongoing. I thought it was interview until I read the “text message myself”. Participants where told to expect interview notification, soon.

If you don’t understand everything I wrote up there then I can’t help your comprehension.

You are still the same person that said someone you met has gotten feedback now all of a sudden you are saying it’s only one person on this thread that has testified. Yes I think they have called on people because I met lady during exam and we exchanged contact and she messaged me on Sunday that she has gotten feedback from them that she receive a call... although she knows someone who's 10G connect

REA is 170k, after deductibles end up with net of 137 - 142k for entry level, but the source said with the minimum wage implementation, it will move to btwn 175 - 180k net, this is from a contract staff currently at REA, not outsider, him ma come write test. Anybody that dispute this should come let's go their office coming Monday 28th October 2024 and confirm. End

Apart from REA pls what other agency under power is recruiting or about to recruit? I was told one can work out nerc but I have never heard nerc doing underground replacement just normal recruitment with exam/interview and all. Pls any info on nerc or ecn?

Nigeria National merit Award, National center for technology management, National university commission, Federal University of health sciences ila orangun, Nigeria export promotion council, Bank of industry, FIRS, NOA, DIA.... just go and submit ur CV there rush be fast about it so they call u for aptitude test again
