Even though we do not like how the APC propaganda machine operates but I trust them to deploy it at ripping this statement from the stable of their sultan apart.

Religious how? When he is being incarcerated by a muslim president with a muslim vice president?

How can a man bug the communication lines of a National Security Adviser and had the temerity to boast about it live on air! What a du/nce.

It's obvious these nscia guys are just trouble makers.
I concur 💯

They are the troublers of the nation. God will judge them all. They would rather have a disaster like Afghanistan with nothing but two-faced liars and land grabbers called Emirs... If not, how is ilorin and most of the north end up in the hands on f Fulanis as their traditional rulers?

This is simply an expression of America’s frustration. it does not in itself, translate into a strategic victory for the United States. Iran still retains the capability to launch ballistic missiles and drones, while the nuclear issue the very reason Trump initiated this war remains unresolved. The Strait of Hormuz also remains a major challenge, particularly as crude oil prices continue to ratchet upward. In other words, despite the military pressure exerted on Iran, the key strategic objectives that prompted the conflict remain largely unresolved.

Trump should give diplomacy a chance like Obama and escape this quagmire but his ego won't allow him. He still looks forward to a future when Iran would come to him hands up shouting I surrender. SMH for Trump.
Iran too was a superpower in ancient history. They know battles like Israel, so DT is dreaming.

But look at the West, they would pay lip service to climate change yet, oil spills, release of ozone-depleting chemicals being released is not a part when they are bent on bullying... They were the first to use 2 atomic bombs on Japan!

The rice and money being shared by Adebutu could NEVER compare to the solid roads with drainages on both sides that Yayi has built and is building across hundreds of not thousands of communities whose road construction money has been disbursed in government offices without being done.

Yayi wasn't born into the kind of Adebutu money yet he's been amazing. We appreciate the guy and he's definitely getting our 9 communities votes... He hasn't become a governor but he's working very hard. At least the horrible road in my area is currently undergoing construction.... They're doing solid road construction... This is highly commendable. His team met our community heads, was presented with a letter asking for road and in 3 days, the road construction started. Unlike Adebutu, he's been sharing rice And money since forever.. I had never collected or interested to collect their measly handouts every four years😂
Finally it is Yewa's turn to produce the next governor.... Adebutu is ijebu, he incumbent governor Dapo Abiodun is Ijebu.... It's only fair that Yewa produces its first governor ever.
Yayi ni jare...

During Buhari era, Nigerian soldiers were usually sitting ducks, ill-equipped, starving, unable to shoot at bandits... Poorly funded and most were crying on social media because they were just dying and not motivated in anyway to do their jobs properly.

They are getting results these days because this government is backing them up unlike Buhari who used to back terrorists against soldiers.

Kudos to our security officers.... God bless you all

Travel › Re: US Court Lifts Trump Visa Restrictions On Nigeria, 74 Other Countries by dalass(f): 6:40pm On Aug 22
yaroinsiders:
A United States federal court has struck down a policy introduced under President Donald Trump that suspended immigrant visa processing for applicants from Nigeria and 74 other countries, a decision that could reopen immigration pathways for thousands of affected individuals.

The ruling was delivered by U.S. District Judge Jeannette Vargas in Manhattan, who declared the policy unlawful and beyond the authority of the Secretary of State. According to the court, the measure improperly prevented immigrant visa issuance based solely on nationality, contrary to existing immigration laws.

The policy, which took effect in January 2026, had suspended immigrant visa processing for citizens of 75 countries across Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Latin America and Eastern Europe. Nigeria was among the countries affected. The U.S. State Department had justified the move by arguing that applicants from the listed countries posed a higher risk of becoming public charges.

However, immigrant rights groups challenged the policy in court, arguing that it amounted to nationality-based discrimination and unlawfully blocked legal immigration channels. Judge Vargas agreed, ruling that the blanket suspension violated federal immigration statutes and exceeded the powers granted to the Secretary of State.

The case was brought by several advocacy organisations, including the Catholic Legal Immigration Network and African Communities Together, alongside visa applicants and U.S. citizens seeking to reunite with family members from the affected countries.

The decision has been welcomed by immigration advocates, who described it as a significant victory for families separated by the restrictions. The ruling is expected to benefit thousands or even millions of prospective immigrants whose applications were delayed or halted under the policy.

While the court ruling removes the immigrant visa processing suspension, it remains unclear whether the Donald Trump administration will appeal the judgment which they are likely to. As of the time of filing this report, the U.S. State Department had not issued an official response to the court’s decision.

As for many Nigerians hoping to relocate to the United States through family sponsorship and other immigrant visa categories, the ruling could mark a major turning point after months of uncertainty.

We don't even want their visa anymore.

The so-called ruling is to save face because they are seriously feeling the loss in the amount of money they used to make at US Visa office in Nigeria and all those other countries.... And DT has to borrow and put taxpayers in USA further into over 40trillion debt.

They simply want to use eager Nigerians money again to settle their debts.... Why can't Nigerians boycott that US selfish visa permanently huh
