1. I will hire consultant of works,education, health and sanitation, rural development, water and irrigation management, who will design a framework for utilization of the fund in key areas.
1). Effective primary healthcare delivery on malaria, malnutrition, health education, family planning, maternal and child health care,treatment and prevention of tropical diseases etc.
ii. Massive upgraded of existing PHC facilities and creation of a new one.
iii. Collaboration with NYSC for posting of corpse doctors to the PHCs.
Collaboration with the cottages and general hospitals for supervision,on the site consultation by visiting doctors and allocation of surgery days for PHCs.
iv)create LGC Ambulance services and purchase 3 ambulance per District
2).Revamping the primary education by training and retraining of teachers, recruitment of qualified and license teachers, strict monitoring and evaluation of school programs and performances based promotion of teaching staff and others.
ii) ensure curriculum design to ensure competitiveness with global standards.
iii Ensure massive enrollment of pupils in nursery/primary schools.
iv) upgrade the existing schools and create new ones to ensure accessible and reducing overstretching of the existing ones.
