Has anyone sent to Egypt vfs recently? I sent my package 2 weeks ago and it was received last week Sunday. Counterfoil generated and passport resent to the VAC within 3 days. But what I’m hearing now is that DHL is unable to pick items from vfs Cairo because they require a customs obligation form that vfs is refusing to provide. Is anyone having the same problem?

Yes I am having the same problem. I have sent several emails and called severally but VFS cairo keeps saying they are waiting for the embassy. I don’t know what else to do. I’m thinking of calling IRCC
