Good day to the expert in the house, I have follow this thread for some times now and really commend all contributions and Prof's tremendous support, may the good Lord bless you.

Now, I need suggestions on this issues at hand because I have been to many oil shops without getting what i want.

I bought a new generator whose manual say I should use :
4 stroke motor oil, which API classification meet or exceed API SJ and SAE 10W-30
Pls house which other oil can i use in replacement of the stated spec.

Sunmec has 20w50 api sl generator oil. Try their office at Olowu in Ikeja. It is not like all those oils we use that destroys our generators

Pls I want to know the best option to go for inbetween these two Gen, in term of efficiency, fuel consumption, durability, noise, and load capacity. Pls share your view with me, I need something portal and good. Thanks
