THE POLICE FINALLY ARREST KINGSLEY EMOH, THE MAN WHO PLOTTED TO KILL SENATOR UBANESSE IGBEKE, AFTER WEEKS OF HIDING.

Kingsley Emoh, the self acclaimed billionaire staff of Eleme Petrochemical Company, Portharcourt, who plotted to kill Senator Ubanesse Igbeke has been arrested by the Police.

His arrest in Portharcourt on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 followed his refusal to honour Police invitations to come and assist Police investigations into his plot to kill the Senator by a petition in which he tagged the Senator a kidnapper and assassin . He also refused to obey a competent court order compelling him to honour the Police invitations.

Rather than obey the invitation of the Police, which persons with clear conscience will see as opportunity to clear their names and put facts in their correct perspectives, especially when it has to do with his own petition to Inspector - General of police, he chose to brag about his untouchable status, as he has the Inspector - General of Police and other top hierarchy of the Police as friends.

Emoh never missed any opportunity to showcase his stupendous wealth and often, reasonable persons are left bewildered by how an ordinary staff of Eleme Petrochemical Company could become so rich and larger than life. Truly Emoh lives life so loudly and so arrogantly and with a deliberate confidence of impunity, while moving around and intimidating people with team of armed policemen in his convoy.

Kingsley Emoh's lifestyle stimulates the question, whether Eleme Petrochemical Company is still a Nigerian owned Corporation or a Ponzi scheme controlled by few corrupt individuals like Emoh.

His plot to kill Senator Igbeke is just one of his many atrocities in his native town of Nsugbe, where he has metamorphosed into a cult figure among miscreants, hoodlums and sundry criminals, who he uses to unleash terror on his perceived enemies.

However, there is an endgame in everything in life, as there is a time for everything too. There is a time to commit crimes and go free and a time to commit a crime and be caught and be exposed and disgraced. Emoh's plot to kill Senator Igbeke appear to be his own endgame. As a dog rushing to it’s death does not listen to the restraining whistle of its owner, Kingsley Emoh did not listen to common sense and good conscience, and he was neither guided by the fear of God nor the fear of man, when he plotted to kill a well known public figure as Senator Igbeke.

His erroneous belief and nauseating boasting of having the Police in his pocket is as insane as saying that every officer in the Nigerian Police, from the Inspector - General down to the least Police recruit is corrupt and could be accountable to Emoh. This is lunatic and makes Kingsley Emoh deserving of urgent psychiatric evaluation.

This spell of lunacy has led Emoh through the years to drag Senator Igbeke's name, reputation and integrity into mud, defaming and slandering the Senator with scandalous stories and false accusations.

Emoh has caused false and negative stories to be published against the Senator by many Media organizations, including the Brekete Family Television, Sahara Reporters, British Broadcasting Corporation, BBC and a host of social media outlets.

Rather than empower village women in Nsugbe to enable them take care of themselves and provide for their families, Kingsley Emoh stooped so low to pay them to stage protests, predicated on falsehood, disparaging the Senator. When all these brigandage against the Senator failed to achieve his purpose, Emoh hatched the plot to eliminate him.

His insane belief in the hegemony of corruption in the Nigerian Police has misled him into committing numerous atrocities in his native Nsugbe, believing he will always buy his way out of Police inquisitions. Like the Biblical Herod, Emoh neither fears God nor respects man. His terror against another illustrious son of Nsugbe, Chief Amechi Akwuba typifies his descent into insane lawlessness.

Chief Akwuba, an indigene of Nsugbe, was a 1980's graduate of the University of Maiduguri, whose success in business led him to establish industries in Lagos and Abuja, employing hundreds of Nigerians. Chief Akwuba is a major stakeholder in the Nsugbe project and many people from the community continuously benefit from his largesse of philanthropy.

Over thirty years ago, Chief Amechi Akwuba built a country home in Nsugbe and singlehandedly constructed a road, leading off the Onitsha/Nsukka Highway past his house. The Local Government Council in appreciation of his effort, approved the road as a street and named the street after Chief Akwuba.

About four years ago, Kingsley Emoh built his own home along the street and to buttress his lunatic and clownish desire to override law and legality, he unlawfully removed the LG approved signpost, bearing Akwuba's name and renamed the street after himself. Akwuba's protest against the brazen impunity nearly cost him his life. Emoh, who has the entire gang of hoodlums, miscreants and daredevil urchins in the town under his control, unleashed the savages against Chief Akwuba. They swooped on the elderly man and beat him up to the point of near death.

It is important to note that Chief Akwuba became a millionaire while Kingsley Emoh was still learning to pull up his pants. He built industries while Emoh was still in primary school. He built his mansion in the village when Emoh was still walking barefooted to elementary school. Above all, Chief Akwuba became a graduate many years before Kingsley Emoh wrote Common Entrance Examination into Secondary School.

These attributes including the age of Chief Akwuba and his illustrious contributions to the development of the town did not restrain the beast in Emoh from attempting to kill the man because of his lunatic desire to put everyone under his feet and be the only knight in shining armour. It is on verifiable record that it was the intervention of Senator Ubanesse Igbeke and Senator - elect, Hon. Dr. Tony Nwoye, that saved Akwuba from Emoh's terror.

Emoh did not relent in using the Police to harass and intimidate Chief Akwuba and even connived with the past Chairman of the Local Government to drag Akwuba to court and boasted as usual, that he would have his way through the court and teach Chief Akwuba the lesson of his life.

Fortunately, a Daniel has come to judgement, as the current Chairman of the Anambra East Local Government, in commendable pursuit of justice and fairness has discontinued the matter in court, much to Emoh's chagrin.

From one impunity to another, Emoh bestrides criminal adventures like a colossus, maintaining criminal gangs and funding their nefarious activities with the millions of money he makes from his Eleme Petrochemical Ponzi scheme, while boasting of his impregnable Police protection.

Now that the hen has come home to roost, and the same Police he has castigated with his insane boasting of having them in his pocket have arrested him, the world is watching to see how much control he has over the Nigerian Police Force.

It does seem that his ill-advised plot to kill Senator Igbeke has turned out, not only to be his endgame but also a saving grace for the people of Nsugbe, from the lawlessness and treachery of Kingsley Emoh and his gang of criminals.

KINGSLEY EMOH, THE EVIL SPIRIT INSIDE THE MASK.

Since Kingsley Emoh failed in his attempt to kill Senator Ubanesse Igbeke, we have seen an increasing number of hatchet writers, he hired to go after the Senator with anything they can muster. It is as if he is saying, "if I can't kill the Senator, I can at least kill his reputation and honour." It does not matter to Emoh that the office of the Inspector - General of Police is already investigating the matter with meticulous vigour.

Emoh always brags about his closeness to the top echelon of Police authority and probably, that is why he has not been sobered, even by the gravity of his plot against the Senator or the consequential repercussions of such plots. Rather he has been brainwashing many poor persons he has hired as pseudo writers and using them to pour invectives on the Senator. Fresh from the inglorious plot of killing Senator Igbeke, Kingsley Emoh has dived headlong into another murky scheme, this time to rewrite well known history and embark yet again, on another adventure of defamation, libel and slander, all in the curious effort to pull the Senator down.

Penultimate week, one of his pseudo writers, who re - baptized himself to become "Chuka Nkem Valentine" raised the bar of falsehood to the level of insanity and outright hallucination. I do not intend to join issues with the ghost writer on his many insane allegations because he has obviously become possessed by Kingsley Emoh's deceptive spirit of falsehood, exaggerations and self destruction, which as stated earlier, is Emoh's end game after he became entangled in his own murderous web to kill Senator Igbeke.

However, I will point out some of the outrageous lies that littered the writeup in issue. The ghost writer claimed to be from Nsugbe but it is a naked lie. Detailed investigation revealed that no indigene of Nsugbe bears "Chuka Nkem Valentine" and no bonafide Nsugbe indigene would dare the Nsugbe Council of Elders as this ghost did when he lied again as others before him, that Nsugbe Community had excommunicated the Senator. We shall soon discuss this matter more succinctly but for now, it suffices to know that anyone embellishing falsehood in public space often begins with false identity in order to avoid the law. If the re - baptised ghost claims otherwise, I challenge him to name his village and kindred in Nsugbe Orula. If he cannot take up this challenge, then he is what he is, a pathological purveyor of lies, just as his paymaster, Kingsley Emoh.

I understand that Emoh is drowning in the sea of his own treacherous plot against Senator Igbeke and the resort to name-calling and fabrication of malicious lies against the Senator is his last desperate act to seek relevance and catch cruise, especially now he doesn't want people to know how sunk he is in his plot to kill the Senator. I will like to warn all the people who are monetized by Emoh to wage media war against the Senator, using false information and accusations, that everyday is for the thief but one day is for the owner. On that day the long hands of the law will catch them and Kingsley Emoh cannot help you because he will have no help to offer, for everything he made you write are fabricated lies. You will have no excuses but to suffer the punishment for libel and defamation, all by yourself as Kingsley Emoh will be fighting for his life in another front.

It is hilarious to think that Emoh's instruction to his hatchet writers could be thus, "if you can't find anything bad against the Senator, then say anything, no matter how malicious or outrageous". And the goons like this one calling himself, "Chuka Nkem Valentine", are really living up to the instruction. This particular goon told an outrageous lie when he referred to the Senator as the owner and founder of an Enugu based business called, "LET'S PARTNER WITH YOU".

This is a contemptuous lie that was intended to be used to disparage the Senator. Sen. Ubanesse Igbeke does not deny knowing Chief Patrick Nwokike, the Founder and CEO of "LET'S PARTNER WITH YOU" and does not deny friendship with him. However, it is malicious, frivolous and outrightly insane to involve the Senator with the affairs of the company, just because he savours relationship with the Owner/Founder. The company is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and nowhere in the records is the Senator listed as a member of the company and nowhere in the hierarchy of the company is the Senator quoted in any position in the company's activities. Fact check proves this is another lie from Emoh's catalogue of lies.

And yet again, the ghost writer sunk into the pit of falsehood when he wrote that the Senator dropped out of Secondary School at Ogbunike Boys High School. It is Kingsley Emoh's instruction for his gang to say anything, no matter how outrageous or malicious. That's the reason for this unintelligent lie. The truth however is that, Senator Ubanesse Igbeke attended Government Technical College, Onitsha and passed out brilliantly with his City and Guilds Certificate. The school still exists and this record can be verified. Later in life, even after achieving enormous success in business, the lure of education took him to the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he bagged a Second Class, Upper Division Degree in Accountancy. Secondary School dropouts don't attend Universities. Moreover, Senator Igbeke had variously contested elections for the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Federal Republic. He won and was sworn in on both occasions. On both occasions he submitted his relevant certificates for verification. Senator Igbeke has been in public space for a very long time and no contradictions were ever found in his academic qualifications and no one ever challenged the veracity of his Certificates. This is another desperate lie by Kingsley Emoh and his gang.

I am yet to understand what Emoh's motivation could be when he began to circulate the false story that the Nsugbe Council of Elders had excommunicated the Senator from the town. It is well known in intimate circles that Emoh is highly mendacious but this nature of brazen falsehood, even against the Council of Elders is suggestive of hallucination or insanity. His ghost writer in obedience to the instruction, if you don't find anything against the Senator, say anything, echoed the same brainless lie in his diary of lies.

I advise the man, AKA Chuka Nkem Valentine to tread with caution because what he wrote will bring him into confrontation with the Council of Elders, which has come out to denounce and disclaim the story, as they never made any such declaration. Angered by this deliberate plot to use their good offices to impugn the integrity of their illustrious son, the Council of Elders first pronounced in their meeting of January 25, 2023, that anyone who spreads further the rumour that they exiled the Distinguished Senator would be sought out and punished. Then in their meeting of February 18, 2023, the Elders stipulated a fine of One Hundred Thousand Naira for anyone who would continue to associate the Senator's name with the 8 criminals that were arrested and handed over to the Police by the Nsugbe community. They reiterated that the decision to hand over the criminals to the Police was the collective decision of all Nsugbe and had nothing to do with the Senator. They therefore held, that anyone who drags the Senator's name into the matter of the criminals or insinuates the exiling of the Senator shall not only pay the stipulated fine but shall also be excommunicated from the town.
Finally, the Council of Elders expressed their willingness to bear witness against anyone should the Senator decide to take the matter up against the person.

This is why I advise the youths that Emoh is misleading to tread with caution because when the push comes to shove they will be on their own, without any thread of defence against the catalogue of defamation Emoh had coerced them to commit against the Senator. To be forewarned is to be forearmed. Avoid becoming Emoh's mask and avoid the evil spirit inside the mask. Emoh's ship has capsized with his failed attempt to kill the Senator and he must not sink with you.

KINGSLEY EMOH IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SP NKEIRUKA NWODE, THE PPRO OF ZONE 13 POLICE COMMAND WHO WAS ARRESTED FOR RITUAL KILLING AND ORGAN HARVESTING

When on 3rd January, 2023, Senator Ubanesse Igbeke, the Senator that represented Anambra North Senatorial District, was woken up from sleep at 7:05 am by a telephone call from the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of Police Zone 13, Ukpo - Dunukofia, Superintendent of Police (SP), Nkeiruka Nwode, who verbally invited the him to the Zonal Headquarters, he was initially worried. It was unusual for anyone, especially, someone of his public stature to be so casually invited by the Police without giving reasons for the invitation.

Therefore, he requested to know the reasons for the verbal invitation. SP Nwode failed to disclose the reasons for the invitation but insisted that he should not fail to come, that she wanted to see him and also, that the Assistant Inspector - General of Police (AIG) in charge of the Zone desired to see him too. SP Nwode instructed Senator Ubanesse to report to her first, after which she would take the Senator to the AIG, zone 13. The Senator still requested to be apprised of the reasons for the invitation, so he could plan his itinerary, since he does not live in the State but visits. At this point, SP Nwode flared up in surprising anger and asked the Senator why he should say that, that an hour ago when she tracked the him,that he was in in his country home in Nsugbe . She went further to threaten that if that was the way the Senator wanted it, there was no problem but she must let the Senator know that he can’t escape it as her men were already around him and that they had been tracking him and knew that he was in Anambra.

The Senator's initial worries escalated to alarm when his continued demand to know the reasons for the unusual verbal invitation elicited more unprofessional invectives from PPRO Nwode.
The Senator who was already on his way to Abuja, got to Abuja and promptly petitioned the office of the Inspector - General of Police (IGP) on the 5th of January 2023 over what he ordinarily believed to be unnecessary harassment and intimidation. Strangely, it was after the IGP directed investigation into the Senator's petition, that SP Nwode, in a belated face-saving ploy officially wrote a letter of invitation to the Senator on the 10th of January asking him to report on the 12th of January 2023 which was clear seven days after the threats.

Meanwhile, some of the Senator's friends reached out to SP Nwode wanting to know the cause of the irregularity of her conduct and what she told them was as cold-blooded as it was chilling.

SP Nwode told the contacts that the Senator was wanted at the Zonal Command in connection to a case of Threat to life, Kidnap, Assassination and Conspiracy filed against him by one Kingsley Emoh from Agbalagbo village in Nsugbe, who works at Eleme Petrochemical Company in Portharcourt. She further told the contacts who expressed grave doubts about her narrative, that they had already arrested the suspect that the Senator hired to kidnap and assassinate Emoh. She warned them to stay away from the matter because it was scandalous, to avoid denting their credibility with a kidnapping kingpin like the Senator. Unknown to them that it was to scare them away from any intervention in order to enable them execute their plans to kill Senator Igbeke, hiding under an offense that never took place but was cooked up by Kingsly Emoh and SP Nwode who have been long time friends.

This is not new. Kingsley Emoh's conspiracy and collusion with Police Officers at the Rapid Response Squad Awkuzu, to torture an innocent man, Valentine Anierobi in their plot to set up and kill the Senator are already viral. The suspect that SP Nwode alluded to as the man hired by the Senator to kidnap and assassinate Emoh is the same victim of their unmitigated torture and brutality. The same victim they used extreme torture to extract false confession from against the Senator. The same victim that Kingsley Emoh invited to his house and promised a car, a house and millions of Naira just to lie that the Senator hired him to kidnap and assassinate Emoh. SP Nwode 's suspect is the same victim who exposed Emoh and his Police cohorts and their plans to use him to implicate the Senator in non-existent crimes.

At this point, the high wired plot by Kingsley Emoh and his Police accomplices to kill the Senator begins to unfold with blood chilling audacity. Ordinarily, cases of kidnaps are usually transferred to the Police Headquarters in Abuja, which then deploys special forces to tackle the menace. But in this case, the PPRO suspiciously transferred the supposed kidnap case to her office at Zone 13 instead of the Police Headquarters in Abuja. Why? There are too many ominous signs that expose Nkeiruka Nwode 's complicity in the plot to kill Senator Igbeke.

First, why would the Police verbally invite anyone, more especially a Senator for any matter without disclosing reasons for the invitation?

Second, why did the PPRO refuse to disclose to the Senator the reasons for his invitation? Was the invitation letter she belatedly sent to the Senator not a diversionary gimmick to hide the original plot against the Senator and an afterthought to camouflage their evil plot against the Senator?

Third, SP Nwode 's verbal invitation to a Senator of the Federal Republic and her insistence on prompt compliance raises a flurry of suspicions.

Fourth, the Police track only those who are escaping justice or those who failed to answer Police invitations. Why would SP Nwode track the Senator before invitation? If her intention was not evil, all she needed to do was to formally invite the Senator to come to the Zonal Command on a specified date. The Senator's refusal to honour the invitation may warrant such tracking. That the Senator's locations were being monitored raises presumptions of planned tragedy against the Senator.

Fifth, why was it necessary to use extreme torture to force Valentine Anierobi to say that he was sent to Emoh's house by the Senator to kidnap and assassinate Emoh, when he had voluntarily stated that he went to Emoh's house on Emoh's invitation? Why was it important to Kingsley Emoh and his Police accomplices for the Senator to be implicated in crimes that never happened?

Sixth, the law says that every accused is deemed innocent until proven guilty by a competent court. Why did SP Nwode flagrantly treat Anierobi as a guilty party even before other steps. Why was it essential to manufacture fake evidence against the Senator and why was it necessary to harass and intimidate the Senator with the threat of being surrounded by Police operatives?

Seventh, add all these to Emoh's public rage and boasting that the Senator would die without a grave and that his dismembered body parts would never be found.

Eight, fast-forward then to the present, where the same Police Officers, close associates of Kingsley Emoh, that tortured Anierobi at Awkuzu and the same PPRO, SP Nkeiruka Nwode, who was working hand in hand with Kingsley Emoh and who nearly lured the Senator into submitting himself for only God knows what, have all been arrested for alleged ritual killing, extortion and organ harvesting.

What could have been the Senator's fate if he had fallen into the hands of this group? Kingsley Emoh's advance celebration of the Senator's gruesome ending tells a lot about his confidence in their plot to kill the Senator without any trace. If the allegations of ritual killing and organ harvesting turn out to be true, then Kingsley Emoh's boasting that the Senator's dismembered body parts would never be found could only have been made by someone who is hands in glove with the Police suspects as a member of the ring and knows very well how they operate. As his Police cohorts are being investigated we ask in the interest of justice, that Kingsley Emoh be investigated too to ascertain the extent of his involvement in the scourge of kidnappings, ritual killings and organ harvesting for which his Police friends are already undergoing interrogation.

Little wonder, someone had rightly classified Emoh as a killer, fraudster and hardened criminal. We dare to add, that Emoh's resume should include habitual ritualist and human organ harvester.

Fifth, why was it necessary to use extreme torture to force Valentine Anierobi to say that he was sent to Emoh's house by the Senator to kidnap and assassinate Emoh, when he had voluntarily stated that he went to Emoh's house on Emoh's invitation? Why was it important to Kingsley Emoh and his Police accomplices for the Senator to be implicated in crimes that never happened?

Sixth, the law says that every accused is deemed innocent until proven guilty by a competent court. Why did SP Nwode flagrantly treat Anierobi as a guilty party even before other steps. Why was it essential to manufacture fake evidence against the Senator and why was it necessary to harass and intimidate the Senator with the threat of being surrounded by Police operatives?

Seventh, add all these to Emoh's public rage and boasting that the Senator would die without a grave and that his dismembered body parts would never be found.

Eight, fast-forward then to the present, where the same Police Officers, close associates of Kingsley Emoh, that tortured Anierobi at Awkuzu and the same PPRO, SP Nkeiruka Nwode, who was working hand in hand with Kingsley Emoh and who nearly lured the Senator into submitting himself for only God knows what, have all been arrested for alleged ritual killing, extortion and organ harvesting.

What could have been the Senator's fate if he had fallen into the hands of this group? Kingsley Emoh's advance celebration of the Senator's gruesome ending tells a lot about his confidence in their plot to kill the Senator without any trace. If the allegations of ritual killing and organ harvesting turn out to be true, then Kingsley Emoh's boasting that the Senator's dismembered body parts would never be found could only have been made by someone who is hands in glove with the Police suspects as a member of the ring and knows very well how they operate. As his Police cohorts are being investigated we ask in the interest of justice, that Kingsley Emoh be investigated too to ascertain the extent of his involvement in the scourge of kidnappings, ritual killings and organ harvesting for which his Police friends are already undergoing interrogation.

Little wonder, someone had rightly classified Emoh as a killer, fraudster and hardened criminal. We dare to add, that Emoh's resume should include habitual ritualist and human organ harvester.

HOW KINGSLEY EMOH'S PLAN TO KILL SENATOR UBANESSE IGBEKE EXPOSED HIM AS A MURDERER, A HARDENED CRIMINAL AND A FRAUDSTER.

When a man engages in dastardly activities that confirm him to be a psychopathic killer, a hardened criminal and a serial fraudster, it behoves society and urgently too, to maximize the full potentials of law to restrain the man and save society from the inherent dangers he poses. This is who Kingsley Emoh is and why security agencies should arise to their duties and rein in this deceitful antisocial fiend.

I have been following with keen interest the treacherous accusations of threat to life, kidnap and assassination levelled against Senator Ubanesse Igbeke by this same Kingsley Emoh. My interest was captured by the abduction of a young man, Valentine Anierobi by Kingsley Emoh, and the use of extreme coercion to force him to accuse Senator Ubanesse Igbeke of hiring him to kidnap and assassinate Emoh. My interest also riveted to Anierobi's confessional statement, detailing how he went to Emoh's house on Emoh's invitation and was held hostage by Emoh and the goons working for him. It is equally interesting to note the bizarre proposal made by Emoh to Anierobi, which was to lie that it was the Senator that sent him to Emoh's house to kidnap and assassinate Emoh.

I have also analyzed Emoh's gargantuan bribe of a car, a house and huge sum of money to Anierobi, just for him to falsely claim that the senator sent him to Emoh's house to kidnap and assassinate Emoh. What a network of conspiracy and exposure of man's inhumanity to man. A dispassionate analysis of all these confronted me with Emoh's premeditated plan to kill Senator Ubanesse Igbeke, destroy all he had ever laboured for in his entire life, deconstruct his reputation, integrity and legacies and obliterate the lives and future of his family and dependants. Emoh's conspiracy against Ubanesse is scary, peevish and totally psychopathic but however, consistent with the psyche of hardened criminals all over the world.

For more than three years, Emoh has been trying to annihilate Ubanesse and he never relented in the use of diverse media outlets as the BBC, Sahara Reporters, Berekete Family Television and a host of other mainstream and social media organizations to disparage the senator as a murderer and ritualist. This case involving the hiring of Anierobi to implicate the Senator in non-existent crimes is the high point of Kingsley Emoh's plans to silence the senator forever with false information and trumped up accusations.

This should lead one to reflect on Emoh's audacity to frame up a well known public figure as the senator, and as one reflects on this heinous plot, one begins to shudder at what this bloodsucking savage may have secretly done over the years to less privileged individuals who could not stand up to him and his thugs. Emoh's countenance and demeanour offers natural camouflage for his murderous escapades, criminal and fraudulent activities. No wonder King Duncan in Shakespeare's epic play, Macbeth, said, "there is no art to find the mind's construction on the face." Truly, there is no way to mirror Emoh's criminal affiliations, fiendish abilities and murderous tendencies from his countenance.

His planned method of killing Ubanesse would have been absolutely clinical and novel if it had succeeded and the mere conception of such ingenious evil, makes Emoh one of the most dangerous psychopaths alive and anyone dealing with him should be wary of the inherent dangers he poses to everyone. As in the case with the devil himself, anyone who wishes to dine with Emoh should use a very long spoon.

I have no doubts that Kingsley Emoh is a killer and a psychopathic killer at that. In order to setup Ubanesse and ensure that he died in the setup, he carefully chose two offences that attract capital punishments, kidnap and assassination. Emoh is aware of the repercussions suffered by kidnap suspects and he intended that the senator should suffer the full weight of same repercussions. Emoh is also aware that houses belonging to arrested kidnappers are often demolished or taken over by the government. In this way he plotted to make Ubanesse's family homeless destitutes after killing their father and breadwinner. Emoh is equally aware that kidnap suspects are often lynched by angry crowd. Emoh planned it smoothly, that head or tail, Ubanesse would lose his life and lose everything. His house would be demolished and his assets forfeited to the government, impoverishing his family forever, while Emoh's stationed hoodlums would swoop on the senator and lynch him. This cold blooded murder will be explained away as a mob action. Only a psychopathic killer could conjure this collateral wipe out.

And yes again, Kingsley Emoh is a hardened criminal and facts prove it also. The search for a coconspirator for his death scheme against Ubanesse led to his invitation of Anierobi to his house. In order to further the death scheme, Anierobi was taken hostage and extreme duress was exerted on him to force him to implicate the senator. However, it should be noted that if Anierobi had made the mistake of believing the promise of gifts of a car, a house and huge sum of money, he would have gone to the grave with regrets because as soon as his false information setting up the senator was concluded with perfection, he would have been eliminated in order to preserve and protect the sanctity of the evil setup.

And yes again without equivocation, Kingsley Emoh is a serial fraudster. A fraudster is someone who intentionally perverts truth in order to deceive and induce another to do something that, he or she would not have done if not for the pervasion. When Kingsley Emoh promised Anierobi a car, a house and huge sum of money in order to implicate Ubanesse in a non-existent crimes, he was intentionally perverting truth. When Emoh used extreme torture to extract false information from Anierobi and handed same false information over to the police, he was deceiving the police and inducing them with false information to maliciously prosecute Ubanesse for offences he did not commit. When Emoh stationed his thugs to lynch Ubanesse in the event of his arrest over the false information, he was attempting to secure the murder of the senator by false pretence. Emoh is an unmitigated fraudster and a very dangerous person.

He is a deranged sadist and it is important to warn people to be extremely cautious when dealing with him, because he is a worrisome psychopath that should be restrained for the good of society. No one should be deceived by Emoh's calm disposition. A psychopath usually appears normal outwardly but inwardly he bays for blood and derives orgasmic pleasure in hunting down innocent people and causing their deaths. Society should be wary of Kingsley Emoh and relevant authorities should save society of the enormous dangers posed by people like him. We call for his investigation and urgent prosecution for the safety of society.
