For those waiting for the note 3 pro, I saw it today in ikeja micro station. Infinix only added 3gb ram and 4gb but the same 16gb ROM for N63000. Well I got the 2gb ram for N58,500. Was frustrated with price glut, still had to buy.

For acceptance she'll pay N20,350
For school fees, she'll pay N School fees + N350
Same goes for accommodation when she wants to pay.

Most people would argue that a Public administration career isn't a professional one. Most of the jobs listed above can be done by any other person. My advise to her would be to accept the admission and re-write jamb for Accounting if she's hell bent on studying a professional course.

Public administration is a wonderful course and doing it at OAU is a very big plus. I guess the decision is a rather private one. Does she want to go to LASU when OAU is offering admission? Does she have a passion for accounting?

See ehn, the decision is hers to make. It all depends on what she wants. Public administrators have good job prospects. She could even do an ACCA to have an accounting degree. Accounting as a course is becoming less necessary, I think. The place of Divine direction is also paramount.
