Test will be on language of ur choice..not on JavaScript only

Can you supply more questions that was asked? cos the oral is supposed to be 20 mins. After the can we meet you, what else did they want to know about? Is it largely on the pre-assessment questions or is more to be expected?

I'm yet to find this in the home study curriculum, are you sure it's there? i've checked every study folder and it's not there. maybe you can point me in the right direction.

I applied for the for cycle XXIX last week. I just got the invitation for the home study test, I still haven't received the link for the saberr test...does it take very long for the saberr link test to be sent? I'm currently studying the home curriculum specifying in Javascript as instructed. Any advice for a first timer with no experience from those who have done this. This is the timeline

Application Deadline: October 20th, 2017

Home Study Test Submission Deadline: October 27th, 2017

Please study and complete the Home Study Curriculum before your test.

Interview Dates: 6th November – 10th November, 2017

Self Learning Clinic: 17th November, 2017

Bootcamp: 23rd November – 1st December, 2017

Fellowship Admission: December 11th, 2017

Is 3 weeks a good enough time to master the curriculum to be able to take the test well?

Does anyone know Andela hotlines, I have not taken the home study assessment yet and deadline is still till September 29th but I received a mail saying I dint get up to the required score in the assessment. Has anyone experienced this?

If you got a mail to concentrate on Javascript(JS), you should probably do that. The bootcamp is centered around JS.

You can always learn python easily in the future once you know JS. Python is just beginner friendly in my opinion.

Forget the time frame and put in as much hours as you can. If you're completely new to programming you probably can't learn JS in a month.
But if you've mastered another language, you can easily.

From my previous experience, you don't have to finish the test in 4 hours. You can complete it in days even. You can do it module after module if you like or blitz through it.

I just applied for Andela fellowship xxviii and I received a mail to concentrate on JavaScript but from what I have seen here, people talk more about python. I dont no which to face now, I have taken a look at the JavaScript and the topics their are much, the timeframe I have is less than a month and python is still there. Please what do you advice. I will like to know if the homestudy test is a pause and continue stuff or I have to finish up once I start because I saw the timeframe given was 4hrs and some minutes. Anyone who can advice please do.. thanks in advance
