Good morning house.

Please need someone to help me.
I purchased a new age 55,000 mAH power bank last month. Since then it been giving me serious issues.

First I have to charge it for two full days or even more for it to get fully charged.

Secondly, I plugged it in the light for two days (of fluctuating power supply) and all it could charge was 42%. Now when I plugged my phone the battery was draining quickly. Before now, it would have taken between 5 to 8% to fully charge my phone but now even 15 percent cannot get it full.

What can I do?
