Hello House, I wrote the test too. I did not get any email or sms. I don't even know if I passed or otherwise. What could have happened pls? Is there anyone who is also in my shoes cos I'm worried?

Heritage Bank selection is still on going. Essay/Oral presentation still on course, in batches. So said the HR person I spoke with this afternoon.

Two things: its either they have decided not to invite anyone again or they postponed the invites because I have learnt of no one who was invited. I'm expectant too.

Is there any news about Lagos? Will interview hold on Sunday/Next week? Should we still be expectant on invites? It is well.

If we r nt going to be scheduled for sunday, then it's going 2 b next weeekend. I just believe I would be called that's y i av been kind of calm all this while.

folakeojo: If you read some pages back, some pple dt asked on our behalf got info dt d assessments r done on weekends and you know heritage tends to send invitatn texts a day to when dey want you to come. That means if they would invite on saturday, they would most likely send the message on friday. Let's still be hopeful, anything can happen.

Please let's limit the use of the thread to what it was intended for; info and updates on the recruitment exercise, nd tone down the negativity pls. God bless

Hello, is there anyone from/in Lagos who is yet to receive an invite for the Essay/Oral presentation stage? I am yet to receive too but all hope in God. If God will not do it, it should remain undone. And are SMSes still being rolled out? Who has any concise info?

There are about 3 batches and each batch is made up of an average of 15 candidates.

In other news, from my observation, selection of candidates are about 80 percent alphabetical.. And frankly, age is a factor owing to how serious they inquired about mine. Also, take care of your confidence level, empathy and appearance. They watch silently.. Peace!

Had my interview yesterday. The AC got me shaking cos I had cold before then. My interview lasted for about an hour. Got tackled for real. They weren't sure about my age. So they called my brother in my presence and activated the phone's loudspeaker. At some point, the lead interviewer also told me about his humble beginning. But one thing I deduced is that many of us who got interviewed got interviewed may get the job. One of the interviewers said the casually that whoever got to that stage of interview was considered an intellect, they just needed to meet the person behind the brains so we should count ourselves lucky. Finally, there was no stereo-typed question. Just be bold, gist with them and invite the Holy-Spirit of God to take charge.

I got my Invitation this noon. My interview is scheduled for tomorrow, 3pm. *pheeeeew*. I can't wait to meet a couple of you guys as colleagues. So shall it be. Amen

MaforBea: Yes my career path is banking. That's what I'll love to do. This one I got is a consulting job. Secondly, Heritage is like the brother to IEI and I hear they pay well. That's why I'm holding on abit.

Hang on to the one you have at hand and pursue the other one.

However, I noticed some questions are pertinent; questions like... What is banking? What were the challenges you have faced? General Academic info... Etc.

Remember the boy scout motto... Be prepared.
