Good Morning, you can only submit your listed documents online only if you have stamped it kindly note that, and I hope you have applied for the job in there portal sent to your email the same position.
Hope you have done your Mantoux medical report attached to your PEM QUESTIONNAIRE once all documentation is done and upload of resume and credentials online with your online application then wait for there instruction on what to do, but if you didn't do the needful they will not call you for final documentation and after documentation with stamp you can now proceed by Uploading it online.
In short, do the needful to stop wasting your time.
If you didn't apply on forget it... Upload Resume and credentials and proceed with filling out your documents and you will be called upon to proceed by Uploading it online.

Last week, and I did the online interview in Tuesday, was ask to proceed to documentation

For those people that are asked to proceed for Documentation please what did you apply for because my own position is not available again and what did you think I can do now.

After your phone interview, wait for a week for confirmation from them if you are successful and if you are successful they will ask you to proceeds with your documentation.
Once you are done with your proper documentation the company/organization will contact Workforce for your interview schedule with them.
In short, check out your mail regularly for updates from them once you are done with the interview and assessment but if you are done with the documentation be expecting your interview with the company if you are successful.

Mine is just First Test and I didn't hear anything about Second Test from Abuja center because we're less than 50 people that did the First Test and the date is Saturday 14th of September 2019 and we make use of NAFS Training Center in Abuja for the Test. If anyone have information pertains to Abuja center kindly share it here. Thanks
