Hello, since you know the school and course you are interested in. The first step is to apply and secure admission. The proof of offer of admission is number one important requirement for applying for a student visa. Afterwards you need to show living expenses amount in your account as well as a proof of tuition fees payment. Hope I answered your question. No need for WES evaluation, moreover after applying to the school, the school will advise you on what to do next.

I applied online, I only send my passport to South Africa for physical Visa Stamp

Honestly I am not sure, I can find out for you but meanwhile you can just go on the school sites. Paying installmental can be tricky because you need to show a receipt of your school fees payment for visa application
