Imagine an investor who bought early in 2023, around 110/unit

If he bought 1,000,000 units, then at the cost of 110,000,000

2023 year end - 14,500,000 @ distribution per unit of 14.5
2024 year end - 21,500,000 @ distribution per unit of 21.5
2025 year end - 28,300,000 @ distribution per unit of 28.3

In 3 years, the investor will have 64,300,000. Currently, the price of SFSREIT is 418.75

That gives 418,750,000 if he sells today, so in 3 years, with the dividends added, he realizes 483,050,000

Let's assume he uses 4,050,000 as the cost of transactions, which gives a net of 479,000,000
All of this happened without the investor buying a piece of land or building any house. May not have even stepped out of the house.

NOC 43100 (Teaching Assistant) qualifies for Education draw and does not require a teaching certificate. One of the employment requirements is the completion of a secondary school certificate which is equivalent to WAEC, this is a loophole that can be utilised if one gets a PFL letter.

Start by requesting your uncle give you a job in his school with a signed Appointment/offer letter.

This Appointment must come with a monthly pay from the school's bank account so that you can use the bank payment as proof of work experience when you get ITA. All you need is 6 month's work experience and you can add it to your profile. While you continue with your french exam preparations.

Even University professors can't live off the meagre 400k they earn after years of sacrificial reading, research and study. They earn more from other hustles home and abroad. Be guided and prosper! Osun state government has since, been paying forty thousand for level 7 entry teachers, until last year, when they increased it. Teaching isn't and can't be a profession for everyone.

Only lazy and indolent teacher die by hunger. There are lots of digital skills teachers can profit from. When parents pay less than the value given, salaries aren't as such meant to be huge. Teachers of this age should learn skills like Ghostwriting, Online teaching, Proofreading etc.

Teaching in Nigeria, from ages past has never been a well paying profession. We all do it for passion, even the Proprietor has several other businesses he could have ventured into. However, this doesn't stop diligent and proactive teachers from making money from other sources. May God lead us right.

Any school in a remote area cannot pay more than this, actually. Reason is because they earn little as per tuition, too. However, these amount are for newbies. We have BSc holder earning 80k. Increment is subjected to diligence and assiduousness to work. The issue with teacher's low salary is a national one. We pray for timely solution, soonest.
