Tramadol is a friendly drug that has no harm if taken without any other drugs like alcohol or antidepressants. Tramadol inhibits reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin which means it can make you happy. Some people take it to be light headed and happy. It does not kill or weaken the liver or kidney as people here have stated but it will if overdosed. Tramadol can make you sleep well at night and at daytime less sensitive to this crazy world.
