please I need help
I applied for my study permit on mar23/2020. I Scheduled an appointment for my biometrics a week after BT I couldn't travel to Lagos because of the Lockdown and up til now I'm yet to travel because of the interstate Lockdown. on Apr23 CIC sent me a mail that they are processing my application. in addition on may23 I received another mail from CIC that my application is in progress and abt 6points were highlighted on my application status such as: we do not need additional documents, we are processing your background check, we'll send you a mssg if this changes. lastly, we have not received your biometrics and so on. the school I applied to gave me an ultimatum until June 1 to give dem feedbk about IRCC decision on my study permit or else my admission will be cancelled, I emailed the school since I've not received a decision on my visa and 2weeks was added which is by June 15 today is 30thMay and decision has not been taken over my visa yet by CIC. my question now is is it because HV not done my biometrics thats why CIC hasn't taken decision over my visa. PLS, is there anyone here who has been able to do his or her biometrics capturing recently. is visa office at lekki now opened for biometrics capturing since the Lockdown has been eased .
