At this point justwise they have my passport, I submitted my passport 2 weeks ago but I had no TB certificate so they said I should bring it, i sent it on Tuesday but my visa has not been issued ever since. Im traveling to US on Sunday what should I do justwise

Please I would like the house to help me
I applied for a UK visa 2 weeks ago and on Friday they asked me to bring my TB certificate and I did so on Tuesday please when I receive my VISA I travel to the USA on Sunday please someone help.
