I have a parcel that is stuck in transit for over 60 days, however recently when I contact Nipost through the phone they keep telling me the server is down and ask me to call back later, which I have done after a few hours, however either the call doesn't go through or they tell me the same thing.

Is the server really down for these days or are they intentionally avoiding me, I have called previously and they were able to update me on the parcel.
