In a case of abdominal pains,some questions must be asked such as:the nature of the pain and the location..we must rule out a gastric ulcer which may cause weight loss,any vomitting,diarrhoea,fever,cough,yellowness of the eyes?..etc...an abdominal scan may help,but if it doesnt,we must also keep in mind a gastric tumor for which an endoscopy may be necessary
