U have sexual transmitted disease likely to be a staphylococcus aureus or syphilis. Go and take lab test like culture and they will tell you the exact std you have.

it can b contacted directly by skin to skin contact with one infected (especially household or who u close to daily), u can also contact it from sharing towels, cloths, from infected ones. u can also contact it sexually.
