European soccer body promises additional €50,000 annually to each federation

UEFA has announced it will increase the amount of funding it supplies towards women’s soccer in a bid to continue its rise in popularity.

UEFA has committed to a 50 per cent increase in financial backing through its Women’s Football Development Programme (WFDP) – rising to a total of €150,000 (£131,000/$173,000) per year to each of its 55 member associations from 2020.

The former Special Assistant to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Doyin Okupe, has predicted number of votes that would be delivered to the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

Okupe in a post on Thursday said Atiku will poll 70% votes in Noth East and North Central states of Nigeria to defeat Buhari in 2019.
