I guess I'd go with Canada. I know English. I've been to the US, so it seems closer to me. But you can compare those two countries by reading about them here.
What do I like about Canada? It's nature for sure. I like that it is close to States. I like people.
Germany to me is a cold country. But I've never been there. Those are just impressions of my friends who traveled there.
