This is to announce the post UTME screening exercise for candidates who choose Federal Polytechnic, Offa in the 2013 JAMB UTME examination that the screening will hold between 29th July to 11th August, 2013.

ELIGIBILITY OF CANDIDATES
The following categories of candidates are eligible to participate in the screening exercise.
Candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2013 JAMB UTME and who made

* Federal Polytechnic, Offa as their most preferred first choice
* Federal Polytechnic, Offa as their most preferred second choice
* Federal Polytechnic, Offa as their more preferred first and second choices


REGISTRATION AND SCREENING PROCEDURE

All interested applicants are to:.

* Purchase a virtual pin card for two thousands Naira (N2, 000) from the following designated branches of Skye Banks: Offa, Ilorin, Oshogbo (Fagbesa), Ibadan (Oba Adebimpe-Dugbe, Agodi & Monatan), Lagos (Ikeja Plaza & Ogudu); Ado Ekiti, Ikirun, Abuja (Maitama), Kaduna, Benin City, Port-Harcourt and Enugu.

* Visit the Polytechnic website www.fedpoffaonline.net

* Log on with the Virtual pin number to register online and also take the prescribed test

* Print out the screening result immediately.

Pleases note that any false data entry during the online registration will attract appropriate sanction.

Funkymallam: I believe you have a school ID card, even if it is secondary school ID card.

Few months back I helped a young lad in your shoes, all he needs was a secondary school ID card, 2 passport photograph and a guarantor. I signed the form for him. Anybody that operates an account with GTB can sign for you, even someone with savings account.

And yes, he got a mastercard.

Attention of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) has been drawn to some
websites created by some unscrupulous persons, purportedly providing information on 2013/2014
FUNAAB Admissions Exercise. The University is disassociating itself from any collaboration with
these external websites and therefore, any information or content of materials on these websites does
not receive the endorsement by the University.

Please note that the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) is yet to release the National
Cut-off Mark for the 2013/2014 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and thus, the
University has not fixed a cut-off mark for the Post-UTME screening exercise.

The University Management respects the Federal Government constituted Agencies which oversee
the administration of the Nigerian Universities and therefore will not pre-empt JAMB on the issue of
National Cut-off Mark.

Consequently, prospective candidates seeking undergraduate admission into 100, 200 and 300 Levels
in the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) are hereby advised to desist from

The registrar of JAMB, Prof Ojerinde was on NTA Weekend Live today, 18th May and the following comments were extracted from his interview...

- Over 700,000 candidates have chance to get into school this year (those with 180 and above).
- Candidates who tried to cheat were given Types A,B,C,D when the types were composed of D,I,B,U (From his name initials)... he asked, where did the students get type A and C expo from? Confirming all expos were Fake and a SCAM.
- He also talked about students no longer serious to study as most of them failed to read the 2 novels recommended by JAMB from which questions were set.
- If you think your script was not marked well, come over as from June 1st and challenge JAMB to get your script remarked. If there's an error, they'll give you N100,000.

From our personal deduction, the JAMB cut-off will not be reduced!
