Your constitution says you must possess 123 to be a citizen, and every other country has their laws, if yours is 123, FIFA will allow you present players on the constitutional law of 123, now if someone is ABC, and you go on to present as your citizen, that’s falsification and fraud, except if your own requirements has changed to ABC, which you are still required to tell FIFA officially, so they know.

Now your law is 123, then you go and field players with ABC, that means you can go on to field, WYZ as you like just to win competitions, where is the integrity and fairness, even in club football, there is football fair play for even rich clubs, what concerns FIFA/UEFA with club money.


You people must understand FairPlay and due diligence in Africa by force, that many of you don’t understand this, shows why rule of law and unfairness thrive in Nigeria. Just have money and all goes.

This Malaysia issue just prove if DRC cannot prove that the dual nationality issue of their country is false, DRC is out.

Many of you claim country law has nothing to do with FIFA just have a passport, but here this people were provided passport but because I am in their country law, it states that for you to a citizen just like it is in Nigeria, parent or grandparents must be citizen, they broke the law and went to bring people without the requirement.

This exactly what drc did, broke their own citizenship laws, so they get players, citizenship laws go through rigorous constitutional checks, if countries can now just be circumvent thier constitutional citizenship law and be dashing passport anyhow then there will be a problem in sports, and country will just be buying players like clubs.

But many Nigerians seem not to get it.

There is serious case of illegality and fraud, did drc falsify documents and bridge protocol to make their players Documents look legit, yes.

Drc rule, no dual nationality, meaning you can’t be DrC and Another country citizen, it would have even be better if the players where originally drc and went to get other countries passport, then they would have technicalities, but even at that, it’s a long rope.

See what drc did, they don’t allow dual nationality, but went ahead to cap foreign players of drc heritage, there was no change of their laws, there was no renouncing of their foreign citizenship, you just went and gave them passport so they can play, that’s like a coach of 17 boys going to hire 25 years old to play an under 17 competition. They were fraudulent and documentation not done correctly, it’s either drc change their laws for football or players renounces, you cannot eat your cake and have it.

No matter how embarrassing Nigerians claim this is, as a route to qualify, the law is the law, and if fifa ignores this, it sets a precedent for countries to to start falsifying documents for football and get players to play for them.
