I took 10ml of Ruzu bitters morning and night for some days and now I am having tommy ache and been stooling non stop ever since. It all started from a constipation.

Although, I have stoped taking it, but I am still having pains in my tommy I cannot eat well anymore. Is this symptoms of overdose or something else? Plz I need help
