The cost implication is relative. It depends on the offer. 2 offers might not have the same CPI price. Why? You may ask!
Let's say an affiliate marketer is promoting an offer with us at $0.70 CPI. That is 70 cents per install. If he is the only one promoting this offer, he can get lots of installs at this price. Then 5 different other affiliate marketers join in promoting this same offer with us and the competition begins. If one of the new advertisers set his price at $0.40, he won't get any installs. What we do is to give every affiliate marketer a suggested bid range that will enable them get installs. We suggest to them to bid in a range the covers the current CPI for that offer which other affiliate marketers are paying. I hope this answers your question.
