Many Nigerians have fallen victims of Dubai timeshare scam because they believe Dubai Government have worked so hard to build and develop their country but few companies and individuals are working tirelessly to spoil that name. I have been scammed too by Arabian Falcon Holiday. I'm still licking my wounds. I will be glad to join hand with other Nigerians that falls into the same trap to join hands with me in order to institute a class action and also petition the relevant government authorities in both Nigeria and in Dubai. Hello Nigerians, if you know that you have been scammed by any of the Dubai timeshare scammers, then lets join hands and petition the relevant Government Departments in Nigeria. We need to take a class action. Other countries have done much to protect their citizens against this so called timeshare scammers. Kindly sign in. Lets open channels of communicating to the relevant government officials. Kindly drop your email for further correspondence. |
Timeshare Scam, You are right my bro. Its a day wide scam and armed robbery. I fall a victim to this scam and I'm still licking my wounds. |
My input below is based on my actual experience!!! Timeshare is not a good investment option. You can never profit from Timeshare ownership if you are thinking of buying it as an investment option. But, if you a frequent flyer or annual holiday person then you can get one, but as an investment its absolutely a white elephant project, because when you are buying from the retailer, what you pay is the cost of the timeshare plus marketing and administrative cost, which can be upto 50% to 60% of the cost, so if you are selling it you will surely sale it at a very big loss..... probably less than 30% of the value of your initial purchase. |
