Mine was installed by someone for me and it has a key which I don't off hand. But what problem do you have about the installation?

1. I can't install it on VMware cos it's an ova extension. Except I install it on vsphere which I don't have.
2. I decided to install it on VirtualBox but while installing, it starts showing an error message which I can't capture now cos I am typing with my phone. I will capture the error message and paste it here ASAP.

Is yours installed on VMware or VirtualBox? I only need the extension ie the folder it's install in.

If you are in lagos, i will suggest you go to ikeja. New horizon, Cophild, HIIT are all good as you will have hands on training using live devices. I did my training with HIIT ikeja and the tutor was good.

OgaEngr, what s ur email.? Has anyone been able to configure the VIRL? it's still tricky for me sha. What I use now is GNS3 with VMware. You connect Router to cloud and point the cloud to a vmnet in vmware. I use ASAv for ASA firewall.

care to share the ASAv vm with me. The .bin extension i installed directly on my GNS3 hands after a while, i guess cos of the ram size as i use a 4gig ram. And the ASAv i installed on my VMware is not coming up.

1. ICND1 and 2 has always been the starting point for beginners and in the new cisco curriculum, it will also be updated.

2. I am cisco CCNP(route and switch) certified

good news, I wrote and passed my ccnp (route) today after much delay from my exam center.

i was suppose to write it last week 2 weeks but they kept on postponing it due to some technical prob from their side. Finally they transferred me to another center close to them where i wrote it this afternoon.

Try these:
***Use a serial cable or a cross over cable for the connection.

****if it's an old connection, check for access list configurations on the interface by either the show access-list or show IP interface brief


*****check for the respective interface as well and make sure the same configurations are applied to both interface.

Hi, please I need help on something.
I have been trying to connect two router interfaces to a cloud on gns 3 but it keeps rejecting the other interface. How do I go about it. I have run the program (gns3) as an administrator as advised but it's still not working. Anyone tried it before? Thanks
