Pls i'm having serious problem with q26g now that sometime its wont show but what can i do about it ?

Hello house,pls just got qsat 26 and I watched it for 2 days and since then d decoder isn't working again but it's will show welcome to serve and after that the decoder will not show and please what can I do about it?pls I need someone to help me out
