We are not surprised now? Now that he has dumped PDP, many insults will come on his person and he may even be probed over how he governed Nigeria while he was the president. These days, anything that is anti-GEJ is evil. Fingers are crossed! We are waiting for the time he would be dragged to court to account for some things he did in the past which were unimportant until now. CHANGE is IMMINENT! |

Dr. Goodluck Jonathan claims that the audio that allegedly explained how Ekiti election was rigged was fabricated. Governor Ayo Fayose, on Friday, admitted that the voice in the recorded audio is his. Nigeria’s President Goodluck Jonathan has ruled out investigating the scandalous audio tape of the collusion between military officers and top guns in the Peoples Democratic Party to rig last year’s June 21 election in Ekiti State. President Jonathan told The Wall Street Journal that the audio was a fabrication despite the confirmation of its authenticity by U.S.-based voice-verification firm, Guardian Consulting LLC. “It’s all fabrications,” he said of the audio. “Why should I investigate things that are not real?” Jonathan’s shocking indifference to the scandal that gravely questioned the integrity of the governorship election, said to have been won by Ayodele Fayose of the PDP, triggered melancholic reaction from Dr. Kayode Fayemi of the All Progressives Congress, who allegedly lost. “It’s very sad,” Fayemi told the Wall Street Journal. “The military has lost any democratic control.” Starring in the scandal were Brigadier general Aliyu Momoh, Ayodele Fayose, Musiliu Obanikoro, Caleb Olubolade, a former minister and Alhaji Jelili Adesiyan,Police Affairs Minister, Senator Iyiola Omisore, a failed governorship candidate in Osun State. Adesiyan had confirmed that the conversation took place. http://saharareporters.com/2015/02/15/jonathan-claims-rigging-audio-tape-secretly-recorded-army-captain-during-ekiti-poll-was |

On its Facebook page, the Lagos state government maintains that Mr. Jimi Agbaje is owing the state N1,629,064.62 land use charge. RE: JAYKAY PHARMACY LIMITED LAND USE CHARGE DEFAULT (2009-2012) 9, RANDLE CLOSE APAPA We consider it necessary to make a response to the rebuttal of Mr. Jimi Agbaje in some newspapers to the assertion by His Excellency, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola, SAN, Governor of Lagos State on the subsisting default in Land Use Charge payment of N1,629,064.62 by JayKay Pharmacy Limited on the above mentioned property. For clarity, the issue at hand has to do with Mr. Jimi Agbaje’s business premises at 9, Randle Close, Apapa and not 1, Bombay Crescent, Apapa GRA, for which he was commended. The letter issued by the Commissioner of Finance is in respect of 1, Bombay Crescent, Apapa GRA, which was published in Mr. Agbaje’s response and is proof of Government’s acknowledgement of payments made on that property at 1, Bombay Crescent, Apapa GRA which presumably is his residence. The Land Use Charge on the business premises of JK Pharmacy at 9, Randle Close, Apapa, was not paid for 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. As Governor Fashola acknowledged, payment was made for 2013 and 2014 on 9, Randle Close, Apapa, perhaps in preparation for the election. The payments for 2009 to 2012 remain outstanding and unpaid and those monies go to the Local Governments to fund primary education and primary Healthcare. The amount due and unpaid is N1,629,064.62. The only way this debt owed to the people of Lagos will go away is if it is paid. 7 hrs · Public https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=876036099084324&id=492378324116772&refid=17 |
