Glad to have you back, I hope you are doing well. Thanks for your time and taking it upon yourself to help people out on this forum with your advice. I would also like to benefit from your advice.

My wife is presently in Nigeria and she is planning to return back to the state by next month and file I-130 petition for me. My worried here now is that she has only stayed 2yrs not up to 3yrs in the state and her status is LPR by DV2.

However, if possible she was ask to submit her Copy of Tax Transcript for the past 3yrs when she had only stayed 2yrs plus in the state, please kindly advice on what to do and will you advice we just wait for her 3yrs stay to be up so that she can be able to make available her 3yrs Copy of Tax Transcript on request?

Secondly, she is carrying our baby and by God grace she is likely to deliver within the first quarter next year, can I apply for B1/B2 visa to go see her and our baby before or after she put to bed while I-130 petition is in progress?

Any advice, experience will be greatly appreciated.
