Do you constantly swap your sim in attempt to determine the best internet service provider in your location? Are you in Ibadan, Oyo State? NIWBQR is coming to Ibadan!!! Know the best mobile internet service provider in your location, get the best service for your personal, home and business needs. Watch out for NIWBQR Ibadan, Oyo. NIWBQR is the trade name for a service offered by Enextgen Wireless Ltd. NIWBQR provides independent national broadband quality of experience reporting on mobile wireless communication services in Nigeria. It uses its proprietary methods to rank service providers according to the quality of wireless broadband service experienced in their networks. Its primary focus is the quality of RF deployment engineering for LTE networks and its effects on the quality of service enjoyed by consumers. Enextgen Wireless has been tracking LTE deployment in Nigeria since the early part of 2016 when Smile and Ntel were the only two national carriers starting LTE deployment in Lagos. Since then, we have been bringing to the attention of LTE service providers Radio Frequency deployment issues that lead to sub-optimal offered quality of service. We test each network only after it has been activated for commercial service. We pay for the data we consume the same way any customer would. As such, NIWBQR provides a very good measure of the quality of effort in RF engineering invested by Service Providers in their commercial LTE networks. Visit www.enextwireless.com for NIWBQR benchmarking of service providers across Nigeria.

4G MOBILE NETWORK PERFORMANCE REPORT IN VICTORIA ISLAND, LAGOS STATE. National Independent Wireless Broadband Quality Reporting #NIWBQR - evaluation of the quality of LTE Technology deployment in Nigeria, A case study of Victoria Island, Lagos State. In this study, the qualities of service (QoS) of the deployed long-term evolution (LTE) cellular networks of five (5) Nigerian mobile network operators (MNOs), namely MTN, GLO, Airtel, Smile and 9Mobile are evaluated. Drive data was collected from Yaba to Victoria Island in Lagos Nigeria. The Nigerian mobile data market has witnessed an increased demand for broadband with increased usage of smartphones, tablets, notebooks, and laptop computers. Users now demand services and applications from mobile communication systems that go far beyond mere voice and telephony. According to Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) [1], sum total of all active telephony subscribers in Nigeria increased from 142,320,120 in Nov 2017 to 169,104,830 in Nov 2018. This is equivalent to 19.30% change in tele-density. The need for mobile users to know the quality of their communication network and demand for better service from their mobile operator in Nigeria has been the driving force for NIWBQR. While the focus for operators should be on using the processes on improving customer experience. Mobile devices have become an essential part of life in which millions of Nigerians depend on for everyday business and communication. Sadly, the telecommunication quality of service in Nigeria still falls below the LTE minimum standard set by 3GPP. The data for 2019 was collected on Friday, 10/5/2019 between the hours of 11am and 5pm. visit http://www.enextwireless.com for more information and reports from other locations Drop your comments.

Do you experience slow internet connections at home/office/school/mall/basement/airport in some sections of the building or all sections of the building? Property managers, owners and builders are missing an opportunity to increase profits through attracting modern, mobility-favoring tenants. The easiest way for a property to miss out on revenue is to lose tenants to turnover, or worse, not to get them in the first place. To get them in the door, your property must be well-maintained in your tenants’ eyes, and your operations staff must be able to work efficiently throughout your property to make this happen. These needs hinge on mobile connectivity, an area in which many properties are lacking. You already provide utilities (water, energy) and amenities (parking, workout facilities), but you may not be aware of in-building wireless, a compelling way to attract and retain tenants in our technology-centric era. Poor signal does not simply arise from signal cast from broadcasting towers not being able to directly reach a mobile device. Within urban environments, people will almost certainly be within the broadcast radius of the tower; the tower will be powerful enough to provide coverage for the town or city that it is serving, what causes issues are the buildings within the town or city. These constructions can block, reflect and interfere with mobile signal. In fact, buildings can create signal ‘not-spots’ in areas that have ample network coverage from broadcasting towers. This is caused by the materials used in the construction of the buildings. Signal is known to be blocked by anything metallic, metal oxide coated windows and concrete. These are all things that modern buildings use extensively, especially high rise buildings found within cities. Wireless communications are a crucial part of our modern day-to-day lives, but can be frustrating when connectivity is unavailable or unreliable; anyone who has ever dropped or missed a call because of poor cellular coverage knows this. Enextgen Wireless provides RF Survey services to assist customers to understand the coverage and quality of their existing wireless services. Our team using state of the art walk test equipment can document coverage of every network operator within your building. We can do this as an initial step to identify needs or post installation to validate coverage or performance. We will provide simple easy to understand reports and help determine next steps. National Independent Wireless Broadband Quality Reporting (NIWBQR) which measures the quality of customers’ experience in mobile wireless networks in Nigeria, has ranked MTN Nigeria first in terms of quality of service offered to customers in Ikeja and its environment for the month of March, 2019 Lagos State. The report commissioned by Enextgen Wireless Ltd, ranked AIRTEL second; SMILE third; GLOBACOM fourth; and 9MOBILE fifth based on its key performance indicators (KPIs). The key Performance Indicators (KPIs) used for the ranking are Connection Drop rate, Connection Setup failure rate, Throughput and Latency. According to NIWBQR, Globacom has good RF coverage. However, the quality of RF optimization needs major improvement. Overall, MTN offers the best network besides the peak downlink throughput being highest, its packets latency is substantially lower than others. We also detected a sharp drop in its latency as compared to the last time the area was tested. In Ikeja, just like in Ibadan and Lekki Phase 1, Airtel offers very good value. 9moblie and Smile offer rather poor service in the covered area, with 9mobile being much worse in all the important indices. "Our goal is to improve the quality of experience of mobile broadband wireless subscribers by identifying sub-optimal performance based on the quality of RF deployment." visit our website http://www.enextwireless.com for more detailed report, information and enquiries. https://techeconomy.ng/2019/04/03/independent-report-niwbqr-reveals-quality-of-mobile-networks-in-lagos/ Enextgen Wireless Limited, Nigeria 1 Harvey Road, Yaba, Lagos +2347056528621 +2348023061175 1-301-744-8723 1-301-744-8773 info@enextwireless.com
