Well, it happens at times, watch what you intake into your system, and yeah worry less, I personally don't think your facing any medical issues, sometimes thinking psychology breads certain symptoms of diseases
About the lump it will go and stop touching the area, pertaining the internal heat, rest well eat good for avoid carbonated drinks if it continues after a month see a physician or doctor

Your body is regenerating it will go naturally within 15-30days
But quit touching it and yes avoid excessive Maggi and carbonated drinks
