I would like to apply for a surge date in Abuja. What is the procedure?
My Ds-160 is Lagos but I could not get a surge date 'cause they said it is filled.

Do I have to complete a new DS-160 and pay another visa fee?

Does one need to go through CGI first before applying for surge date. I already applied for surge but have gotten no response. I'm guessing it's cause I have no account on CGI

Please, how did you get the previous surge date for Dec 1? I sent my documents via the respective email on Dec 3 but I haven't received any response. I compiled all the documents into one pdf. I didn't go through the other protocol to apply for expedited date.

Please, I want to be sure I am on track. How long does it take them to respond?
