For those that paid online on the NYSC portal and payment not confirmed, this is the way we were able to solve this issue for clients at our office:

Send a message to support@remita.net with your transaction reference number or you can screenshot the transaction details sent to your mail initially and attached it to the mail.
A link will be sent to you from remita, click on the link, a page will open showing TRANSACTION ID/EMAIL. Type your email in the box provided and click on "re query status". Your payment will automatically be confirmed. You can also call Remita customer care on 07007877678

Login into your NYSC portal and print your slip. Please, send a reply here if you were able to resolve it.

Uninstall java 1.8, install java 1.7 update 60. go to configure java, security and change level to medium, open the advanced tab and edit site list add "https://portal.nysc.org.ng".

Then, Install java 1.8 using driver pack 16 but do not uninstall the java 1.7.
Restart your system. that is all what i did for mine. hopefully it will work

6. Transcript of the first degree or HND.
7. International travelling passport showing data page and date of departure for the course of study. (Please, note that you must present the originals of the above during verification at the orientation camp).
8. Letters of verification for graduates of institutions in Ghana, Benin republic and any other institution whose accreditation is in doubt.
