You might be right especially in Nigeria context but they need to be regulated. We are talking about kids here, who are very vulnerable to all manners of exploitation by people whom you might have thought had good intentions for them.

Registration would create and environment of oversight, which in turn provides protection for the children

. I agree with you brother. It's just that most government owned organisations are manned by greedy people who bask on every little opportunity to siphon money meant for others. They wnat to have custody of those kids to get money for their own personal gain I tell you. They will later complain of being sidelined and not funded, meanwhile they get funds from both govt and private individuals.
