Appears to be a fungi/bacteria infection

We are thinking of diversifying,
And i dont know how feasible it is to depend on maggots from poultry manure to raise some catfish
-most of the comments here highlight that buying fish feed is expensive by the day.
Any farmer who uses maggots to feed his/her fish can drop a brief comment
