Is PGD in mental health possible in Canada for someone who recently completed 3 years diploma in a Nigerian Nursing school certified as an RN. Thanks
To secure admission for a PGD, you'll need at least a first degree (BSc) in related course.
TravelRe: 2.89 CGPA — Is My Canada/australia Relocation Dream Still Valid? by Darkhq: 5:23pm On May 08
You'll definitely get schools in Canada for Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) if you graduated with CGPA 2.89 but note you can't travel with a dependent if you're going for PGD.
You can only have difficulty getting a school in Canada If you're going for masters mot withstanding, there are lots of schools that accepts lower credit for masters.
Most schools that accepts lower credit for masters accepts tuition deposit from CAD5000 and above for tuition deposit which would also qualify you for PAL that makes you eligible to bring dependent to Canada.

PoliticsRe: Sanwo-Olu Engages Tolu Schools Complex Students, Buys Roadside Roasted Plantain by Darkhq:
I was glad when I saw the renovations done by Lagos state government in Tolu complex when I visited old friend in Tolu, Olodi last December.
Well done Governor Sanwo-Olu.
Alhaji Lateef Kayode Jakande lives on even in death your legacy in education and housing is the standard.
Op Tolu complex is not in Ajegunle, it is in Olodi.
People always mistake Olodi Apapa for Ajegunle Apapa.

What do we import from the middle east?
We don't need to import from middle east to feel the impact.
Iran is very important because it controls one of the most important shipping lanes connecting Persian Gulf energy exporters to Asia and Europe.
Nigeria is an importer and exporter of oil and gas.
Oil and gas is the number source of revenue in Nigeria.
CrimeRe: Imo: Police Summon TMT Travels CEO Over Visa Fraud by Darkhq:
This post just reminds me of how Cool Global Interlinks Limited Ibadan defrauded and held my money for 1 year six months.
All these fraudsters would successfully apply for one person, use that success story to lure people to defraud them.
I was able to collect my money bit by bit after threatening to use the law to collect my money from him.
Thank God that i recorded everything conversation i had with him from the first day and i never gave him cash all transactions both naira and dollars were done through bank.
The story long but the painful part for me is that i closed my business to pay him that money.
Most of these fraudsters have connections with police officers, military officers and have celebrities.
There are more fraudulent travel agents in Nigeria than legit ones.
If you want to travel avoid Cool Global Interlinks Limited.
CrimeRe: South African Mother And Boyfriend Sold Daughter For $1,085 To Ritualist (Pics) by Darkhq: 9:50pm On May 03, 2025
Before opening i knew it'll never be white South African. Nigeria media space are really nice to our fellow African countries. If you go to the media space of other African countries and see the kinda new about Nigeria that makes waves there, you'll think everywhere in Nigeria is horrible, they never spread good news about Nigeria in their space. It's like the just go around looking for bad news about Nigeria to broadcast on TV and post on social media.

Foreign AffairsRe: Comparing Argentina & Nigeria's Economic Reforms In The Last 2 Years by Darkhq:
All indexes points to mismanagement of Nigeria's economy since the past 10 year.
This is an Argentina that went through a more complicated economic problems yet their government were able to manage theirs and the economy is growing but here you'll see people defending incompetency.
Our government has been irresponsible and when Nigerians talk they'll say "Nigerians have been programmed to hate their country" or "you're the enemy of Nigeria" whereas, without them knowing, they who are supporting irresponsible leaders blindly are the true enemies of Nigeria.
May God help us....one day, Nigeria will get it right but until then let's continue to hope.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu Inherited Extremely Bad Government – Ribadu by Darkhq:
Blame! Blame!! Blame!!!
Obasanjo didn't blame miliary government for his failures, Yaradua of blessed memory didn't blame Obasanjo when he came to power instead he tried to fix things by saying the election that brought him to power is not free and fair, coming up with his 7 points agenda, canceling the Dangote refinary deal just to mention few, Jonathan didn't blame Yaradua.
This blame game in FG started from Buhari and ever since it's been this person or this government is the reason for this and that happening.
Yes, I know that Mr president has his "renewed hope agenda" but why the blame game?
This government and the previous government (Buhari's administration) are of the same political party and I never expected them to come up with this blame games like Buhari's administration.
Fix the damn thing and stop complaining!!!

Pardon my English I'm not good in writing.
The worst thing that can happen to you in Nigeria is to have problem and go to police station to report (especially if you the victim don't have money to give them).
I've had this dream of travelling abroad to seek a better life for myself and my family so i heard this advert on radio and decided to give the agent a try.
For months after paying him thousands of dollars from my struggling business, this guy haven't been able to deliver not even admission which happens to be the easiest. So i did my research and decided to try getting admission myself and i got conditional admission within few weeks to starting the process (whereas oga wey i don pay for months neva get common admission).
Now, I'm suppose to pay tuition deposit to the school to allow me secure the unconditional admission.
When i asked the agent to refund me the tuition fee (as per sey baba neva get admission talkless of paying school fees), he started telling me he'll contact the school, I was like "oga but you said school haven't given admission na so no need to contact them, just stop the process and pay back the tuition (I'm even willing for forefeit the processing fee i pai to him), just give me the money back".
At this point thw guy started giving me stories, that was when i matched to police station to report. Na so to police officers wey i dey narrate the the story for start to open office for my head, saying I'll pay N5,000 for opening of file, I'll pay N10,000 for mobilization, I'll pay N5,000 for the paper I'm using to write statement after which they'll invite the guy (dem say na big man na), even after telling them that I'll forfeit the admission if i don't pay the tuition deposit within 5days.
I just left the statement without completing it and walked away because I know already that nothing good would come out of it (I no kuku get money to dash police officers).
Now na beg I dey beg the man and he's not answering me.
What I'm trying to say is "if there's anyone here in nairaland that can help me to collect my money so that i can pay the tuition deposit for my school, I'll be for ever indebted.
I've all the evidence of payment because everything I did was through bank account that has his name.
I believe there are people here in nairaland that can help me, I've been in tears for days with no help coming forth. I've read how some people got their help from yhis forum. Please i need help.
I'm not seeking financial help, I just want to get back my money from this agent because he seems to look like someone that has influence and knows lot's of high ranking officials.
Please Mod, help me move to front page so that those that can help me would see this.

SportsRe: FIFA World Cup Vs. Olympic Gold Medal In Football: Which Is More Valuable? by Darkhq: 9:56am On Aug 13, 2024
FIFA world cup is by far the biggest trophy in football, just like the commenter above said "only three over aged players above 23years can participate" moreover clubs are not obligated to release their players to participate in the Olympic. That was why Mikel got into trouble when he defile Chelsea fc to participate in Olympics.
