The best option is to shop.

I am also aspiring for Civil engineering

But medicine and surgery is not among the courses one can shop into.

Please, I wrote unn post ume recently and my aggregate is 300, course medicine and surgery. From previous years, am already sure I won't make in to the merit list. Is it possible for my name to enter the supplementary list for medicine and surgery without knowing anybody or going through anyone?.
