If I'm not mistaken, middle of last month or early last month, I was told that NIMASA, BOI and AMCON shared slot. So there's possibility they are sharing APL or have already shared.

I don't have any information about them and I do asked them pertaining to some of the agencies I do see mentioned here and some they do tell me what's on ground like NDIC and NPA and the rest like NFIU, (NORTH, SOUTH) development agency, FAAN etc they said they have no idea what's going on there.

That efcc has K-leg. They can't give you apl unless you have done training, so how come they are sharing Apl?

3. College of land resources jos
4. EFCC (ND and degree)
5. RMAFC
6. School of laboratory sciences jos
7. Federal University imo (some few courses)

All this agencies mentioned are sharing APL

8. NDIC would have shared since last week but I was told that everything will be settled from now to July ending
9. NPA Shared 400 slot, if you have strong connect push too.

I don't know if dropping of CV works like that nowadays, but try your luck and go to the agencies HQ and drop it or another alternative try your state federal character commissioner and tell him what's going on and drop your mail there. I pray your state commissioner should be a simple person. Or lastly try your possible best to see your state/region senator or member or any politician to assist you. I wish you all the best Sir.

According to my state commission at federal character,he said the waiver that they gave them has expired, so they where told to choose a date to come and request for new waiver maybe that's why they put so many people that doesn't have strong connect on hold if not almost on a weekly basis they do give out Apl.
