The federal Government have approved N804.7B to bailout states who are owing their workers for months. and He thinks that the money should go directly to the workers and not pass through state accounts.

Bullying in schools is one major headache for Parents, teachers and students likewise. Being bullied is never funny as many children carry the scars of bullying into their adulthood. I have always thought of bullies negatively but do you think that bullies are maybe scared kids who attack before they are attacked?
