Sorry about your experience bro. The issue is localized cos I am using the same network to respond to this post but I'm not in Calabar. I know for sure that they are already aware of the issue and are doing everything possible to address the situation. Why not reach out to them on their social media handles? |
There's the saying "Variety is the spice of life". You have options to choose from. Whining about 9mobile when you can use other networks for data doesn't make any sense to me. Which of them is even perfect to start with? Network issues are mostly localized and so many factors contribute to it. Your phone network mode is another factor to consider. Better still you can reach out to them if you feel you have the urge to vent. They probably already know there is downtime in your area before you start to complain. My simple advice, make use of the options available to you. |
