I agree with the writer on UK. However certain specialised skills may get you to remain in UK.

But certain countries in Europe are open to African migrants that want to come in legally, but you will have to research a lot on how.

Ireland is giving two years work permit after study. That's a viable for me. Otherwise Canada or Australia is calling.

Congratulations. Very inspiring.Have put in my application as well. Although have worked in good roles in two countries going to Canada will be me starting over again. And stories like yours helps one remain positive and not anxious. Thank God

For all you Dubai prospects. It's better you gather accurate information before you make a step that will jeopardise your life.

The best way to enter Dubai is through a job offer i.e an employer applying for your work permit.

Don't believe these agents that are looking for money all over the place.

They will do a 3 months visa for you and leave you to your fate when you arrive.

And you can't hustle in Dubai like western countries. it's highly controlled.

Have counselled so many people who fell into the hands of these agents.

I met a guy on the metro one day who walked up to me asked if I was Nigerian, I said yes and he asked me to buy him a meal. My heart broke into pieces. He had a good job in naija before leaving.

I know of a marketing manager who fell into the hands of an agent. Got to Dubai after two months ticking on her visa she had to take on a maid job for two years.

So many girls forced into hard labour in hair salons at Deira for a paltry sum of 70000 naira upon conversion.

They live in unhealthy conditions, no standard medical insurance? Cant open bank accounts cos their salaries are low

My advice if you want to go to Dubai. Don't zero out Nigeria till you are certain of a job in Dubai.

Go there for a month with your attested certificates and money to move around. Remember you can't do a side job there.

See for yourself and apply for jobs. If it clicks then your employer will process work permit for you.

If it needs for you to exit for the visa processing your employer will pay for your ticket. You get to go home and say goodbye properly without any cost on your part.

Manitoba - You must be able to show you have a tie to the province either by studies or work
British Columbia - A valid job offer
Nova scotia - 67 points
OINP- 1500 is a lot of money

So now am stumped. I was really looking to BC, Manitoba or Ontario.
Anyone has experience to share on PNP application?

Some Provinces need particular CRS to apply like Ontario. I suggest you put your info like job reference, IELTS test result, ECA etc together. About 3 or 4 Provinces will open next year January.

Long story short.....I have a friend who lives with his 13 yrs old daughter...... Recently a female friend who is a neighbor called me and told me the little girl confided in her that the father is harassing her sexually.

I was shocked but sometimes I stay in there home I used to notice some funny moves but I couldn't place my finger on it cos it all seems to me like Father and daughter love.

I couldn't ask the little girl cos I wanted to have a proof. Recently I came visiting and he started that rough play as usual but because I was already tipped as a result I was at Alert. I quickly told him I was going to the shop.....But I didn't go anywhere I came back immediately and went straight to the window. I saw him bouncing untop of her. The expression on her face broke my heart she is not happy.

I called that female neighbor and told her what I saw.....we told a friend we all questioned the little girl she confirmed it to be true.


Now what do we do? We planned to confront the father is this the best step to take?


I just want him to stop.
