types of land wanted are about 650 square metres or more for a duplex and 1000 square metres or more for a luxury block of Flats. Therefore, any land offered must be on a tared road or not more than 200 meters from the tared road.

I just paid 10million naira for a 1500 square metre dry land at lekki Scheme II with C of O, a direct brief and owner dis regarding the unrealistic valuation of his agent marketing same property for 15million naira.

While your plots could interest me, they are highly over priced and i can't begin any negotiation into such valuation. imagine gazette land at abijo for 6million per plot when government scheme is selling for 7million per plot of more than 950 square metres negotiable.
