First of all I’m a person that hates scamming and scammers really much and it seems they have infested Nairaland of late. I also don’t really like meddling in people’s businesses but I feel if I don’t expose this scammer called Tshege I will not be doing the world a favour. He claims to be able to check out alibaba on any amount you need to be checked out. Upon my enquiry, I informed him that I needed him to help me check out an item on alibaba and he told me he needed my password and email address. That sounded fishy to me as Something was always telling me he is a fraud but he sounded convincing so I furnished him my email and password so that he could be able to access my Alibaba account on my behalf and check it out. At first I wanted to involve Wese90 but the i.diot was like he needed to check whether my account could accept card payment first before involving Wese90. Even though I told him it could, the ba.stard was like I wouldn’t know until he checked. Well, to cut the long story short I gave him my email and password and the first thing this good for nothing Imbec.Ile did was to try to change my password and email address. Alibaba alerted me immediately that I needed to send a code sent to my email for my password and email address to be changed. At this point I was confused and very cautious. The mu.mu buzzed me that I should send him the code. Guess what? I sent it to him but luckily for me it had passed 59 seconds before I sent it to him. So Alibaba had auto cancelled the particular code I sent. So I questioned him also that I wasn’t comfortable with the code thing and all as it meant he had intended to change my email and password and he should have nothing to do with that. That, why would alibaba be asking for a code if not that he was trying to change my password and email address to which he had no business doing as he was only mandated to just check out my order and release my Alibaba account. The good for nothing I.Diot said, that’s how alibaba demands for code anytime someone wants to log in from a different account. I didn’t believe him cos at that point I wasn’t comfortable with the whole thing cos I have logged in to alibaba on different devices and it didn’t ask for code unless you are trying to change your password and/or email address. But Just to be certain, between that yesterday and now I have tried logging into my alibaba account from at least 5 different devices I have never used before and it never for once asked for a code sent to my e-mail. So definitely the bas.tard was lying. Infact, if you look at the picture attached you will see that the prompter alibaba sent to my mail said that the person who is operating the account must have been the one that prompted the code cos he must have intended to change the password and email hence, the code. Why am I doing this? I might have been lucky to escape the bas.tard by whiskers but others might not that’s why I’m putting this out there for everyone. His name is Tshege and his number is 08162294017. His name should be added to the fraud list too so that others can be careful. He is a thief. No matter how convincing he sounds he is a thief. He is also mrjangaweed

I have read all the posts on this issue from you and him... From all indications you seem to be boasting that you won't refund his money because you feel he attempted to scam you.

Hence the reason why you are saying you are waiting for him to file the police complaint.

If the issue is that you can't refund yet because you are unable to due to circumstances beyond your control then you make it clear to him calmly and with assurance that he will get his refund.

All the power tussle is unnecessary. You can't be in possession of his funds and still be showing necessary aggression. If your funds were with him you won't be happy either if he starts giving you the same attitude you are giving him now.

Let's try to be empathetic in our dealings while keeping our guards up all the time.

Gentlemen, I am here to report the monker DAVIATOR who has refused to Refund a paypal payment made to him. $1k paypal was made to him on the 8th of this month. The money was sent From paypal balance, fnf but the $4 fnf charges was made from the bank.

He said he was not going to accept it because he was afraid of charge-back, i assured him they wouldn't, It wasn't mine payment, but i could sign anything he wanted me to, he could see me if he wanted. These people are my suppliers, but He disagreed. I was very Okay with it, because it is a refundable payment and he said he would refund. Once his agent wakes up, he would tell me to refund.


This has been 2 days, and he has been coming up with cock and bull stories that HE WOULD HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER 1K FUNDS BEFORE HE SEND THE 1K FUNDS, I said it was fine, i called him yesterday, It sounded as if he would be refunding me, but lo and behold he hasn't.


I sent a message around 2pm today asking for me Refund, He is saying i should give him time. I will get my money back, That if it was me that sent the money And sent the charges from card. he would have 'BURNT' the account, in essence, he would have stolen the money ( Yes, I have Recordings to that)


I HAVE TOLD HIM, I CAN TAKE THE MONEY IN INSTALMENT HE CAN PAY ME EVERY WEEK IF HE IS AFRAID OF CHARGE BACK OR HE REFUNDS MY MONEY TODAY!!!

IN MY DEFENCE, i wouldn't want it to escalate past this, Where those people would start to doubt my Integrity and want to charge back, He has said, I should do my worst. I.e Acknowledging that he wants to STEAL MY MONEY

Gentleman I need professional assistance here.
The ss below was sent to me by a supposed exchanger as evidence of payment to a Chinese vendor on my behalf.

The vendor says she didn't receive any such payment.
The exchanger said he made the payment.

I believe the vendor and here is why:
1. I haven't seen any such ss as the only evidence of a paypal transaction (I stand to be corrected by someone who has)

2. For a payment sent from balance and as fnf, on the 10th of December, the availability date should be the next day, not the 16 as stated on this made up ss.

3. The sender claims not to have other ss of said transaction. I still can't work out y.

The sender has been pressing for a screenshot of the receiver's transaction history for the date in question.
I have wasted my time explaining y that is not so easy to get.
The vendor is not obliging. I have been called fraudulent and accused of obtaining goods from them based on a false payment.
I have asked the sender to provide me with a workable screenshot as evidence so that I tender to the vendor.
He declined

Someone more knowledgeable about how these things work should make an input pls.

But these gentlemen that think they can pressure me into accepting this unusual ss as evidence of payment should have a rethink.

The burden of proof lies on the sender to provide a tenable evidence as proof of payment.
Thinking that u will get the transaction history of a legit business as this vendor's is mere wishful thinking.

FYI this Paypal account is not where u dump funds u can't proof. and expect a legit business to tender their confidential transaction history without a court injunction.
