Literature / Two Of The World Most Controversial Books Are Set To Be Released Check It Out!!! by daviddau(m): 4:12pm On Nov 05, 2013 |
I'm a student of the universe, the world is my classroom. If you take all the time in the world to teach a fish how to climb a tree, it will spend the rest of its life thinking it’s stupid. Schooling is for class benefit, education is for life profit, Collins CK said. Failing in class is wining in life. Why because, education is living to learn and learning to live. It is developing that which is internal for you to become it, that's your originality. And going through a learning environment that authenticates such gift and skill in you is the best education you can get. Enough of the lives we've been living, one of the strongest agent of limitation is the school system, it’s has a designed curriculum that we must all live by, pass through and become what it says we should, not what we are made up of. it makes us an alien in our own world, we loose our originality in the process. The curriculums are theory written by old dead men that are long forgotten, "why teach me history when my life is still in misery" -Collins CK "Sabi" is an African pidgin word which means "to know", sabificate means to be empowered by skill or mastery of gift driven knowledge. Coined from such word "sabi"; It’s a word master minded by the author of the world’s two most controversial, expository and revolutionary books every written, a life architect who's tools and words and time, and we human's created for the advancement of creation are his project.... Business To Business / How To Make Money Online Fast... by daviddau(m): 2:52am On Oct 21, 2013 |
Is it Possible for a Nigerian to Make Money Online? Many Nigerians still believe that the “make money online” or “make money blogging” concept is hype but I stand to dispute that ideology. If you must know; some people in the U.S and other European countries make a full living online. Darren Rowse makes a full living from blogging and Jeremy Shoemaker makes an average of $140,000/month from his network of blogs. Same goes with John Chow. If you have been on the net for maybe a year, I believe you must have heard of Ewen Chia. He is the internet’s No 1 affiliate marketer. He made $1,000,000 in 48Hours from just a single product. He is second only to John Reese, who made this same amount of money in 36Hours. You might say making such amount of money online is possible for these individuals because they reside in countries with thriving economy, so I think I will come home. Have you heard of NairaLand.com? It is the most popular forum in Nigeria and it rakes in nothing less than $1,000 a day. Now check $1000 X 365 days, that will give us about $365,000 per year. Now convert it to Naira and see for yourself. The owner “ Seun Osewa” built and still continues to run that website right from Nigeria. But that is not even the main gist. The main gist is that the owner “Seun Osewa” said he is going to sell NairaLand.com for a non negotiable sum of 25 Billion Naira and that’s the truth, NairaLand.com is worth at least 25 Billion Naira. Are you still in doubt? Then maybe you have not heard of Lateef Olajide; the Nigerian high school drop out who made $36,000 within a space of 30 days from one single product. The product was an eBook on Dog bite prevention and the worst part of it was that Lateef Olajide didn’t write the eBook; he knows nothing about dogs and he hate dogs. Yet, he made $36,000 from a subject he hates. Can you beat that? Now the cynics may say that these Nigerians didn’t make their money from blogging but let me tell you this: I am a Nigerian and I make money blogging in Nigeria. This is my business blog so you are free to take a look around and judge from what you see. Am I the only one blogging in Nigeria? My answer is No. Have you heard of Onibalusi Bamidele? Onibalusi started his online venture at the age of sixteen years but he owns one of the fastest growing young entrepreneur’s blog and makes nothing less than $3,000 every month. You can check him out at WritersinCharge.com. If this Nigerian can do it, then what stops you from blogging in Nigeria? What stops you from making money online with blogs? My answer is nothing. Only your doubts and skepticism can stop you; no one else can. Continue here: http://ourbusinessarea..com/2013/10/how-to-make-money-online-fast.html?spref=tw |
Business To Business / Five Easy Tips To Creating A Killer Business Plan... by daviddau(m): 8:12pm On Oct 20, 2013 |
Business plans help to focus your attention, set your goals and impress investors. They're your tactics sheet for making your business a success and therefore it's vital you get the formula right. Here are our top five tips to making sure your business plan is as in-depth and winning as a top football manager's playbook. 1. Be honest As your business plan is often used to show to investors and potential business partners, it can be tempting to exaggerate or think extremely (overly) optimistically when (you forecast)predicting your figures. Avoid this at all costs as it can be fatal for your business. A survey, carried out by Intuit found that miscalculating the time it would take to make profit led to 44% of businesses either run out of cash or come very close in 2011. Investors will respect you more for showing an accurate and conservative prediction. It proves you're not underestimating how tough running your own business is and it means you won't have investors breathing down your neck if you're not delivering the high sales you promised them. 2. Show off Everyone Running a start-up requires specific skills and investors will want to know your business has all the foundations to be successful, so show off your staff. Give details of everyone who'll be working for you, not just the managers and include outside sources such as mentors, lawyers and accountants. You should also mention any recruitment plans, so they know what areas you're thinking of strengthening and why. 3. Have an awesome Executive sumary This is the section where you sum up the entire business plan. It's potentially the most important part of the whole document as it's the first section everyone will read before deciding whether it's worth looking at the rest. So you need to make sure it's enticing, provides a good understanding of your business and highlights why you can promise an investor a return on their money.
