pls, am I to photocopy my I.d card too?

With or without using my itel 1407 phone, my battery continues to drain. I do not know if this is caused by some apps or perhaps it is just a battery problem.
More so, I discovered the stay on light on the phone goes off even while in use. It is until I press the power on button before the phone lights up again. This happens with most apps I have on my phone.
Again, it seems to me some apps are running on their own in the background.
Please how do I go about rectifying these issues?

Xup guls just sign in into this rum and av a very urgent question and which i need an answer pls on the jamb website i was offered admission into futminna wit course biochemistry and on futminna website i was given admission but course chemistry am really confuse because i think that it is futminna that gave the list to jamb and now seeing another tin on their website i am confuse and i need a clearification about this. Pls
