Here I found this as reported by PUNCH Newspaper reported toxicology showed traces of Diphenyhydramine in the blood which wasn't even in toxic doses

Bones, limbs , ribs were all normal

They sent some samples for key organs like the heart, liver, pancreas etc for microscopic study

The results showed They all showed various degree of cell death

As noted in the document it is a 9 paged document only 3 was released in the screenshot
